Appeals Timetable: Year 7 Secondary Transfer
Appeals will be heard in line with the Admissions Appeals Code that came into force on 1 February 2012.

If you applied for a secondary school place after the closing date of 31 October 2019 (or your application for a school place was received after the closing date of 31 October 2019), we will do our best to have your appeal heard within the above timescales; however, we cannot guarantee that your appeal will be heard before your child is due to start secondary school in September.
In-year admission appeals
Secondary In-Year admissions are all admissions other than Year 7 Secondary Transfer admissions.
Appeals resulting from In-Year admission applications will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.
