Hamid was given the opportunity to perform an extract from Shakespeare’s Hamlet at 11 Downing Street in a high profile event celebrating the work of The Shakespeare Schools’ Festival, the UK’s largest youth drama festival. He was one of 14 young people selected.
Hamid gave a powerful performance and was complimented by the Director of National Theatre. Key members of the education, arts and business world attended the event.
